Abstract


China's software companies are facing opportunities and challenges of the software industry market to improve the efficiency of the software project development , and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises , Project Human Resource Management must be on the agenda . Based on current domestic software enterprises project human resource management development , as well as the author of actual work experience in the software enterprise , the main problem of the analysis software enterprises in the use of project human resource management practices , human resources management strategy proposed software project : according to business development direction of the establishment of the project team , the perfect project members training mechanism , establish an effective performance appraisal and the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism , and demonstrate through theory and examples . In this thesis the following five chapters : the first chapter, the research background and practical significance ; Chapter II Project Human Resource Management status quo of China's software enterprises are described on the basis of analysis of the human resource characteristics of software projects ; Chapter III presented and discussed China's software project human resource management issues , and analysis of each question ; Chapter software project human resource management strategies and argumentation ; empirical analysis of Chapter V : CITIC network Technology Co. , Ltd.
