Abstract


Subject background analgesia, cesarean section anesthesia, in recent years the development of fetal surgery and other non- obstetric surgery during pregnancy , anesthesia and various narcotic analgesic purposes of the rational use of drugs is a smooth operation , safety be an indispensable prerequisite . Ideal both have good anesthesia anesthetic analgesic effect , but also had no significant effect on mother and child . Anesthesia various drugs used during pregnancy, uterine contractions may be constituted of different degrees of impact , and this abnormal uterine smooth muscle contraction or relaxation are likely to have adverse consequences , it can not only hinder the performance of analgesia in childbirth birth process progress , resulting in natural childbirth or abnormal uterine bleeding after cesarean section , during pregnancy for non- obstetric surgery may also cause miscarriage, thus affecting pregnancy outcome. Therefore research anesthetics on uterine contraction is very important, it helps to guide the obstetric anesthesia and analgesia in the scientific choice. Opioids are widely used in obstetric analgesia, cesarean section anesthesia and postoperative analgesia. In epidural analgesia Jiaru opioid dosage of local anesthetic can be reduced to improve the analgesic effect, prolonging analgesia ; applied cesarean section and non- obstetric surgical anesthesia during pregnancy can reduce stress and blood dynamics more stable , increasing perioperative female child safety. Fentanyl , sufentanil and remifentanil obstetric anesthesia and analgesia are the most commonly used opioids. But three kinds of opioid effects on uterine smooth muscle contraction studies so far only one report . Yoo et al study found that fentanyl and sufentanil in human pregnancy uterine smooth muscle contraction intensity inhibition, but the study did not involve opioids on uterine contraction duration and frequency. Therefore, this study will be 18-21 days gestation Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats as a research object uterine smooth muscle in vitro effects of different concentrations of fentanyl , sufentanil and remifentanil on smooth muscle contraction intensity , duration contraction and frequency , designed to analgesia, anesthesia and cesarean section anesthesia drug of choice during pregnancy provide a theoretical basis and clinical guidance.
