Abstract


Food and Drug Control of the United States federal government public policy since the late 19th century and early 20th century , experienced a long and tortuous evolution of the performance of the three public policy paradigm update replaces . Three public policy paradigm is a free market control paradigm , the rule control paradigm and modernization - Information Control paradigm . Spiral relationship between the inherited three kinds around the public policy paradigm . U.S. federal government in the modern sense food drug control public policy , has made ??an important contribution to the safety of the life and health of the American people . Contemporary public policy of the federal government U.S. Food and Drug Control has faced embarrassing dilemma , there are many problems .
