From the lateral view, the more developed the economy, the more affluent of residents of countries or regions, the higher of the proportion of services; from the vertical view, along with economic development and social progress, and various types of state of the service industry are increasing. The late 20th century,80s, the services’ proportion of the economy in western countries general more than 60%, and showed continued growth trend, particularly in developed countries, the rapid development of producer services, research services to become a productive research services concerns.90 years since the 20th century, China’s accelerated development of service industry has become the focus of the community, the relevant departments have issued a policy document in this regard, and achieved some success; but in essence, the general view that the development of our services "lag" issue has never been fundamentally resolved. First, some places too much emphasis on the development of heavy industry in particular, inadequate attention to the development of services. Second, China’s service supply shortages, irrational structure, service level is low overall, less competitiveness, contribution to national economic development is not high, and the services not meet with the rapid development of social economy and industrial structure adjustment, it’s reasons for divergent views, However, the third industry, especially the development of producer services on economic growth is beyond doubt.This paper learn from the results of domestic and foreign producer services research, from the point of views related to the concept and theory studied recent nine years (1999-2008) the influence of Shenyang producer services to it’s economic, use the method of theory expounded combined with empirical analysis, and existing data and statistical software, statistical methods to analysis of producer services, from the view of quantity to analysis, and the interaction between economic growth with the producer services; analysis of multiple factors affecting the structural model, and the impact of producer services development on economic growth, to provide appropriate recommendations for urban economic growth. Innovation of this paper are:First of all, according to the existing data derived scatter plot,it can be found that it exists linear relationship between them, using multiple linear regression model estimated the relationship between the Shenyang producer services and it’s economic,and obtained the estimation model.and can be from the aspect of quantitative obtained the influence of Shenyang producer services to it’s economic. At the same time the use of unit root test and cointegration of time series from the stable of the relevance and tested, making results more convincing evidence. Second, the direct and indirect contribution from the two aspects of producer services in Shenyang Shenyang Economic Development, a more comprehensive analysis, in order to make the results closer to reality.Article is divided into five chapters, the first to the third chapter introduces the theory, the fourth chapter is part of empirical analysis,in the fifth chapter gives the conclusions and countermeasures. On existing data and statistical software applications come to Shenyang, producer services in the course of the study on the economic impact of Shenyang, and not directly contribute to, but rather indirectly and 15% of economic growth pulled by Shenyang producer services. So the producer services in Shenyang made great contribution to it’s economic development.
