Abstract


Along with the integration of market, resources, technology and relents, globle market environment is changing tremendously. The traditional mass production mode, organization structure, and cluster management mode isn’t adapt to this change. Face the globalization of activity space, in the modern network economy, the industrial cluster which has baseed on network has grows gradually. Especially the High-Tech industry has a characteristic that it has close connection with network economy, the advantage of the network cluster is more obvious. In this new condition, in order to make the network cluster of high-tech industrial play a better role, a new high-tech industrial cluster management mode, that is High-tech Virtual Industrial cluster (HTVIC). Since the competitiveness of HTVIC is one of the core content of the HTVIC, studying on the HTVIC competitiveness can search the key factors to make cluster competitiveness constantly strengthen, and that will be helpful to promote the cluster competitiveness.In this dissertation, analyze the relative literatures on Virtual Industry Cluster, high-tech industry cluster and cluster competitiveness at first, discuss the disadvantages in the current situation and reserch of the cluster area, to put porward a new cluster mode, High-tech Virtual Industrial cluster. Through analyzing the characteristics and life cycle of the HTVIC, the HTVIC competitiveness connotation is described and the competitiveness characteristic is discussed. Analyze the Porter diamond model, find it has deficiency to study on the HTVIC competitiveness, according to cluster growth cycle, rudimentary stage, mature stage, decline stage the three stages, build the HTVIC competitiveness modle. Found influence factors that have influence on the HTVIC competitiveness, and establish the competitiveness evaluation index system by the three stages. Use the Triangular Fuzzy Number methord to calculate the index weights, evaluate competitiveness at last. Through analyzing the competitiveness evaluation process, develop the HTVIC competitiveness evaluation information systems. Take the Zhongguancun science and technology park as the HTVIC in rudimentary stage, evaluate competitiveness as empirical study, and analyze the evaluation result, put forward countermeasures to keep and improve HTVIC competitiveness
