Abstract

For the first time the Labiatae Qinghai-Tibet Plateau endemic plants Ganqing Qing Lan (Dracocephalumtanguticum Maxim.) And the Dongting Lake area, Asteraceae plant Artemisia arborescens (the Artemisia selengensisTurcz.) Volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry analysis. Area normalization method to determine the relative content of each component, the chemical composition of the volatile oil were identified by mass spectrometry data system (NIST98 library) to retrieve. 1. Ganqing Qing Lan volatile oils extraction method: steam distillation, supercritical CO 2 Extraction the Gan Qingqing blue volatile oil. Conclusion: steam distillation of volatile oil and 66 compounds were identified, 76.581% of the total volatile oil relative percentage. The main components are: cineol (18.080%) (1 α, 2a, 5a)-2 ,6,6 - trimethyl-bicyclo [3.1.1]-3 - heptanone (8.794%), methyl-cyclopentyl alkoxy (4.222%), linalool (3.683%), 4 - methyl-1-(1 - methylethyl) -2 - cyclohexen-1-Bu ol (3.052%), ()-alpha-terpene terpineol ( 2.579%), 1 - methyl-4 - (1 - methylethyl) benzene (2.559%), 1S-6, 6 - dimethyl -2 - methylene-bicyclo [3.1.1] hexane (2.483% ), (E, E) -10 - (1 - methylsulfinyl-ethenyl) -3,7 - ring Dodecadien 1 - one (2.349%), (-) - Spartak ol (2.183%), (1 α 2αc, 5a)-4, 6,6 - trimethyl-bicyclo [3.1.1] -3 - hex-ene-2 ??- ol (2.150%), etc.; the the supercritical CO 2 The volatile oil extracted identified 39 compounds, 42.857% cedrol. The main ingredients are: eucalyptol (4.909%) (1 α, 2a, 5a)-2 ,6,6 - trimethyl-bicyclo [3.1.1]-3 - heptanone (4.895%), alpha, alpha, 4,8 - tetramethyl -3,7 - cyclo-decadiene -1 - methanol (4.523%), 1,6 - dimethyl-9 - (1 - methylvinylidene) -5,12 - oxa-tricyclo [9.1.0.0 (4,6)] -8 - cyclododecanone (4.287%), (E, E) -3,7 - dimethyl-10 - (1-methyl - vinyl ) -3,7 - cyclo-decadiene -1 ketone (3.973%), (-) - Spartak ol (2.499%), Zimmer of ethylenically D (2.030%), Z-beta-terpineol (2.029%) and so on. Wild Artemisia arborescens volatile oils extraction method: steam distillation of the Dongting Lake area wild Artemisia arborescens volatile oil. Conclusion: wild Artemisia arborescens volatile oil identified 48 compounds, representing 72.116% of the relative content of volatile oil. The main ingredients are: alpha-caryophyllene (15.734%), caryophyllene (13.246%), 1 - methyl-1 - vinyl -2 - (1 - methyl-ethenyl) -4 - (1 - methyl vinylene yl) - cyclohexane (9.511%), (E) -7,11 - dimethyl-3 - methylene-1, 6,10 - cyclododecatriene (5.267%), octahydro-4a, 8a-dimethyl -7 - (1 - methylethyl) -1 (2H) - naphthalenone (4.184%), Z, E-2, 13 - octadecadienoic -1 - ol (4.126%), alpha - myrrh alcohol (2.950%), (1S-inner) - Titanium -1,7,7 - trimethyl-bicyclo [2.2.1] -2 - hexyl acrylate (2.845%) the Gima ene-D (2-803 %). Wild Artemisia arborescens planted Artemisia arborescens volatile oils Comparative Study 40,49,42,42 compounds were identified from the the four planted Artemisia arborescens volatile oil, 45.356% of the relative content of total volatile oil, 46.331%, 50.593 %, 44.089%, mainly composed of: sandalwood leukotriene (10.484 to 13.535%), alpha-pinene (7.645 to 9.897%), (Z, Z)-9 ,12 - 18 carbon dicarboxylic acid (0.375 ~ 5.969%), (E) -7,11 - dimethyl-3 - methylene-1, 6,10 - cyclododecatriene (2.250 ~ 4.537%), 1 - methyl-1 - vinyl-2 - (1 - methyl-ethenyl) -4 - (1 - methylvinylidene)-cyclohexane (3.233 ~ 4.398%), β-phellandrene (2.893 ~ 3.568%), caryophyllene (1.854 to 3.159% ), alpha-caryophyllene (1.183 ~ 1.884%). Compared with the the wild Artemisia arborescens volatile oil composition quite different; same ingredients only 20, and the relative content there are significant differences. The wild Artemisia arborescens volatile oil mainly to sesquiterpene its derivatives, representing 58.154% of the volatile components of the relative content of monoterpenes and their derivatives accounted for only 7.1 36% planted Artemisia arborescens essential oil monoterpenes and their derivatives 25.126 to 31.548% of the relative content of volatile components, the sesquiterpene its derivatives accounted for only 11.759 to 15.453%.
