Abstract

As the last master of the pre-Qin Confucian Xunzi, his fate but with opposite than his earlier Mencius Mencius was hailed as a \orthodoxy. Chinese Law System as one of the world's oldest legal systems, some of the theories still play a role, therefore, to embark on a real road for the rule of law, while absorption of Western modern concept of the rule of law, should pay more attention traditional legal thinking. The combination of ritual and law is the biggest feature is the Chinese Legal System. Therefore, as the beginning of the ceremony combined Etiquette ideological analysis, can help us to have a general understanding of the core concept of the Chinese Legal System. It is with this purpose, to try to resolve Zi, from the source of ritual law of the Chinese Legal System integration. The body part of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part, a brief ritual and Law Thought theoretical and practical significance. The second part, analytical Etiquette. This section is divided into four sections discuss the ritual and ceremony Legalism. Propriety political level and normative analysis, can be seen Etiquette compared with traditional Confucian ceremony closer to the Law and Legalism Etiquette political performance of the norms of the country, life is people's code of conduct, the Xunzi To build a political order based on ceremony at the core of the social hierarchy. The third part analyzes the Xunzi legal thinking, can be seen by analyzing the, Xunzi legal thinking although there are many with the School of view is very similar, but not from Confucius that can not find the source.
