Abstract
To improve the reliability and security of locomotive signal system, a portable locomotive signal testing system is designed to provide a simple test for locomotive signal system in this thesis.Testing device emits a standard signal like the ground equipment, and tests the amplitude of the standard signal. Locomotive signal system receives standard signals and processes them, the results will be passed back to the testing device through CAN bus; at the same time, testing device samples various lighting voltage, Up-down On-off Voltage in locomotive signal system. The sample results can be compared with the CAN bus information to test the performance of locomotive signal system. The study in this thesis mainly focuses on the implementation of signal testing and the system performance optimization.The circuit design and amelioration are based on HHARM2410_K2 development board using ARM9 embedded microprocessor S3C2410A as the core. First, the function and hardware components of testing device are introduced. The implementation of signal communication and the design of testing circuit are emphasized. To communicate with the train and receive the train state signal quickly, CAN bus circuit is designed; To achieve the exact testing of the standard current, amplifier circuit, power amplifier circuit, sampling circuit, noise filter circuit and A/D sample circuit are designed and improved.By virtue of embedded Linux transplanted to ARM, the memory and ports of S3C2410 are distributed. Device driver for CAN bus circuit, output current measure circuit, current reactive circuit and voltage sample circuit are developed to drive the specific chips and control the testing device. Finally, according to the test requirements, applications function demand analysis is discussed and graphical user interface is designed to accomplish the function tests, in which Qtopia Core is selected as the Embedded GUI.The embedded locomotive signal system testing device based on ARM9 and Linux has well-defined architechure, good extensibility and data processing speed. The device is convenient to take and easy to use, which can test several function of the locomotive signal system.
