Abstract


With the development of automotive electronics,body control system has aroused more and more attention.Body Control system is mainly to enhance the convenience of the drivers and the comfort of the passengers. Body control system covers lots of things, including lighting control systems, door control systems, instrument display system. Because the control objects locate at the different place. the traditional peer-to-peer control method will need the large number of cable connections between the control modules and the control objects.This will inevitably cause the vehicle wiring complexity, manufacture and installation difficulties. The control modules can be designed by the location in distributed system. The modules can communicate with each other through the bus,so it will improve the performance of the system. At the same time the distributed system increases the flexibility of the system, and can easily change nodes. In addition the distributed system also reduces the static current , and increase of the stability of modules. With bus technology to integrate the independent electronic devices of the vehicle, it will implement data fusion of the distributed system.According to the actual work environment, the article design the distributed CAN / LIN network control system. In this paper, it implements the design of the master control modules with rain brush control, instrument display, the lights switch control, water motor, alarm horn control, and other functions. The master control modules is the central of the control system , and it can control the slave modules by the LIN bus.In the hardware design, the master module use the Freescale’s MC9S08DZ60 chip with a reasonable circuit layout. The article gives the functional module circuit and the achievement of the principles. Using the modular design mind ,the article design the vehicle control system software platform. Propose a new mehtod to collect the speed value with relatively high accuracy. Having the CAN bus interface, it makes the main control module can be mounted to the CAN-bus network, collecting the key signals which the instrument display system will need. The vehicle control systems ,introduced by the article, has entered the test phase,and it meets the demand.
