Abstract


In light of the reality of A company, with project management theory, this paper conducts a deep research in the frame structure of a company. In the method of literature research, contrast and investigation, based on related theories, this paper sorts out the existing frame and questions of A company, and analyzes the developing circumstance and industry characteristics. Frame designing should go accord with certain principles, procedures and methods, with the internal customers relationships as driving force to reconstruct the frame of A company. And trial operation and evaluation are conducted as well.Through reconstruction of the frame of A company, this paper not noly solves the problems during the operation, but also provides empirical materials for the combination of project management and internal customer relationships. At the same time, this paper provides a reference value for organization structure construction of the same type of companies, giving revelation to the automatic operation system.
