Abstract

Inorganic nanomaterials its unique physical and chemical properties have been widely used in the biomedical field . However , because of the people is still a lack of in-depth understanding of the mechanism of interaction between nanomaterials and biomolecules , biomolecular in nanomaterials surface adsorption process is difficult to effectively control , therefore , largely restricted nanomaterials marker system practical process . Wettability of nanomaterials has an important influence on the adsorption of the protein molecules , and despite many reports in this regard , but the conclusions are quite different , the main reason is because most of the work is by changing the surface of different kinds of materials invasive study protein molecules adsorption problem , ignoring the impact of the material components of the protein molecules adsorbed . ZnO is a photosensitive material , under UV irradiation , the surface of invasive able to achieve reversible conversion between hydrophobic - hydrophilic , the ZnO nanowire arrays as the main object of study , study its surface infiltration changes in protein molecules adsorbed . The specific contents are as follows : using the two-step Preparation of ZnO nanowire arrays : first magnetron sputtering or pull the film of ZnO seed layer , then Hydrothermal Growth of zinc oxide nanowire arrays using SEM and XRD were characterized by their morphology and structure . Change the length of the zinc oxide nanowire arrays by controlling the growth time and the use of secondary growth method , its wettability from hydrophobic into superhydrophobic . UV irradiation to wettability reversal into a hydrophilic , even superhydrophilicity . 2 the system protein molecules in adsorption on different surface infiltration of zinc oxide nanowire arrays , EDS and FTIR results confirmed the protein molecules is indeed adsorbed on the surface of zinc oxide nanowire arrays using Coomassie blue method the amount of adsorption of the protein molecule , a quantitative study , the results show that compared to the hydrophobic surface, the hydrophilic surface of the adsorbed protein molecules more . Also found that the ultraviolet region light emitting of the protein molecule on the zinc oxide has certain enhancements .
