Abstract


Objective To investigate the adenoidal hypertrophy polysomnography in children with nasopharyngeal lateral X - ray detection data to guide clinical diagnosis and to determine the indications for surgery . Methods age 2-10 years old with adenoidal hypertrophy were 133 children , all observed objects without rhinitis , sinusitis and nasal septum deviation nasal lesions , brain disease , the last month of acute upper respiratory tract infections . Adenoids check : shooting supine inspiratory nasopharyngeal lateral plain film , target - piece from the 120cm and under 2cm at the central point in the external ear canal before , the lower jaw slightly elevated . Measurement Method: monitor electronic measuring foot width to measure the thickness of the adenoids and nasopharynx nasopharyngeal lateral radiographs standard nasopharyngeal lateral plain film , A represents the thickness of the adenoids , as adenoid the lower edge of the most bump to the vertical distance between the occipital slopes extracranial tangent . A / N ratio ≤ 0.7 when no correlation conclusion PSG monitoring indicators the A/N1 and A/N2 ratio measurement can reflect the degree of adenoidal hypertrophy , adenoidal hypertrophy children OSAHS tonsillar hypertrophy do not do as a independent factors.
