Abstract


Into the 21st century, social and economic development has led to the creation of wealth increasingly rely on scientific progress and technological progress, rather than the traditional sense of time and labor. After the reform and opening up, Guangdong's economic development by leaps and bounds, especially in the Pearl River Delta region. In recent years, labor costs, resources, environment and other issues become increasingly prominent, together with the international financial crisis on the impact of export-oriented industries, Guangdong's economic development is facing a huge adjustment. Before and after the financial crisis, Guangdong Province, began to put forward the \technology industries, advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, so that the province in \In the eastern, western, northern Guangdong three regions to establish industrial transfer park, improve the level of industrialization of backward areas, while addressing the problems of rural surplus labor force and improve the quality of labor. In this paper, first chapter, \The second chapter discusses the theoretical analysis of scientific and technological progress and economic growth, the relationship between the two is that the relationship between dialectical unity, mutual promotion and mutual restraint. Governmental science and technology investment behavior which has spillover effects on the company's technology investment has some squeeze effect. The third chapter analyzes the current financial technology spending of provincial finance spending on technology systems and the structural features and characteristics. Chapter Guangdong province in recent years, combined with financial technology spending and economic growth data for empirical analysis, and trying to come to a long-term relationship between the two. Chapter based on theoretical analysis and empirical results, discuss ways to promote economic growth in Guangdong's financial technology spending measures.
