Abstract


As an efficient control system, the servo system is widely used in the digital age which control efficiency and precision is increasing, it is the intermediate link which connects the numerical control device and controlled equipment, and plays a bridge role in transferring instructions information and feeding back the state of equipment. In the area of servo control system, AC servo motor has replaced DC motor as the dominant actuator for its gradually improvement ratio of performance and cost.As science and technology development, especially in motor control technology, large-scale integrated circuits and the emergence of computer control, AC speed control system can achieve similar speed performance to DC system, and has been made more widely used as its advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and high efficiency, In which the permanent magnet synchronous motor has become the mainstream choice for servo systems due to its advantage of high power factor,low moment of inertia, greater overload, and simple control, excitation loss and wide speed range compared with the induction motor.This paper use vector control methods to decouple the motor model based on analyzing the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, thereby eliminating the non-linear of motor parameters, using coordinate transformation and space vector PWM theory to obtain modulated switching waveforms of controlling electronic. Using TI’s motor control ASIC TMS320F2812 as core of the control system, choosing low-power servo motor as control object,combined with external detect and driver chips, and given the control schematic of the servo system. The design of system software is completed in Code Composer Studio integrated development platform,the flow charts of each module are also given. Finally, use MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to simulate each module and the overall of servo control system, and demonstrate the feasibility of system design by analyzing the simulation results.
