Abstract


Our country securities market after all to experience just 20 years of development, the rules are not very perfect, compared with foreign mature securities market, China securities market for all sorts of problems emerge in endlessly, insider trading incident in great long-standing, driven by the interests of the illegal insider information based on insider trading, market manipulation behavior appear constantly. Therefore, on China securities market insider trading precautions and increase supervision is of great theoretical and realistic significance.Stock market the healthy and sustainable development of the need to have an open, fair and just market environment, insider trading behavior no matter in capital market developed country and underdeveloped countries in the region are securities market main illegal activities, not only seriously interfere with the normal order of the securities market, more make the basic function of the securities market to normal exertion.In view of the above situation, this paper attempts to econometrics empirical research method of case of already happened that specific empirical analysis of the empirical results, from market perspective, hoping to answer the questions of China securities regulatory layer of insider trading regulation and enforcement provides a powerful technical support or auxiliary basis. This thesis mainly around insider trading problem by event study for empirical research for our country securities market supervision, provide decision-making reference system consummation, improve the efficiency of the Chinese securities market, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the Chinese securities market.The article is divided into six chapters, the main research contents are as follows:The first chapter, the introduction, mainly introduced the research to choose a background, after reviewing the domestic and overseas scholars about insider trading is proposed, based on the research of the purpose of this study, the significance and the idea of a research plan, and are expounded.The second chapter, the relevant concept definition and insider trading on the dangers of insider trading, mainly for defining the related concepts, and Outlines insider trading behavior are harmful.The third chapter related theory, insider trading, lists the related theory of insider trading.Chapter 4, insider trading primary research methods are analyzed and studied that use the event study.Chapter 5, insider trading interests of investors empirical research, first Outlines impact in the text event study applied, and then through the model and related data collection, making a detailed analysis.The sixth chapter, conclusions and outlook, simple paper summarized the conclusion, and gains from this study further outline the deficiencies and future need to be further research direction, put forward the corresponding policy.
