Abstract


Land use with the advent of human generated along with the development of human society and scientific and technological progress and evolution . The lack of resources of the land , the land resources has a very important significance for economic growth . The economic transformation of China has reached more than 30 years , but still any tract weight far . The transition economies background as the starting point to study the relationship between the land and regional economic growth . The papers from the following two aspects : land as a production factor inputs direct contribution to economic growth estimates , analysis tools as government action on the economic growth and land . The first part of this article informative statistics , empirical estimates of the contribution rate of 11 prefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province, the industrial land for industrial economic growth . The second part of this article the system analyzes the transformation of the economic context , the impact of government action on the relationship between the land and regional economic growth , both the positive effects of more serious negative effect . Overall , the land contribution to regional economic growth , promote regional economic growth . This article is mainly to take a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis , to study the role of economic growth point of land deep impact on regional economic growth from the land , and strive to make a more reasonable interpretation of the relationship between the land and regional economic growth and demonstration .
