Abstract


Since the beginning of the 21st century , social gradually increase the degree of attention for the talent , human capital , competition has become increasingly fierce . Companies come to realize the training of personnel and the training is effective ways and means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises . Training needs analysis as the primary corporate training and an essential link in the training premise and foundation work , directly determines the success or failure of the training , has a crucial role . The research focused on macro- theoretically , the relative lack of microscopic study this field . In this paper, a financial enterprise interrelated research , build a training needs analysis model for the study of objects designed by the enterprise life cycle theory and the training of staff satisfaction surveys and training needs analysis . Understanding of the nature of things , the characteristics and methods , benefit from a new angle on the training needs to conduct more in-depth study emphasized the universal connection of things . Take a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research , study through literature analysis , surveys, statistical analysis , and interviews . , Through the training status of the N -financial enterprises on the basis of the trips and learning at home and abroad training needs analysis , training needs analysis methods and processes , training of staff satisfaction analysis , I hope to be able to fully understand the financial enterprises in the training process analysis and training needs , problems and shortcomings of the methods and content to provide a reference for the training work . Simultaneously through logical reasoning to determine the impact of the corporate life cycle theory and staff training satisfaction survey for training needs analysis exist , contact life cycle theory and training satisfaction survey is based on the idea of training needs analysis . Domestic and foreign training needs analysis model and the ideas and methods into the specific empirical analysis process , design a training needs analysis model has some practical relevance . Help enterprises to accurately identify training needs , so that the training activities to be able to have a better targeted .
