Abstract


The executive power is one of the hottest terms on a global scale since the beginning of the 21st century , enterprises have to enhance executive power as an important means to establish and maintain competitiveness . Existing research on the implementation of force realize that there is a certain relationship between the individual execution and the execution of the research is not in-depth , even in the presence of some vague understanding , which restricted the execution of the upgrade . This paper argues that the relationship between personal execution and the execution of research to improve organizational execution can provide us with a new perspective . This paper attempts discusses with the relationship of the individual execution and organization of execution , on this basis, to explore ways to improve organizational execution , and to carry out further analysis to Jiangmen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau as a case . This article is divided into a total of eight chapters. The first chapter describes the purpose of the study , significance and Research ; Chapter II of this article will be involved in the execution, execution, execution of the individual , organization , execution and other related concepts defined ; Chapter in previous studies based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the individual execution and organizational execution ; fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of influence factors from the execution level interaction between the execution of the personal and organizational execution ; Chapter based on these relationships understanding to clarify the initiatives to enhance individual and organizational execution ; Chapter case Jiangmen tobacco Monopoly Bureau , Jiangmen Bureau of personal execution , the execution of their relationships ; Finally , the thesis are summarized . This paper argues that personal execution by executing the will and execution skills affect the execution of the upgrade of the organization ; organization execution through the organization of group skills , organize the implementation of the cultural and organizational implementation system to further promote the personal execution of the upgrade ; personal execution and organizational execution interaction , mutual assistance and support , so as to constitute a whole ; to enhance organizational execution can enhance the skills of individuals and groups to establish a culture of execution and building enforcement system aspects .
