Abstract


Our country since the early 1980s, the TV manufacturing industry has been rapid development. From 1985 to 1993, China's color TV market upgrading of large-scale replacement from the black-and-white television to color television. From then on, color TV enterprises which exposure to a more open and increasingly competitive environment. The TV manufacturing product upgrades acceleration, while wave after wave of price war makes profits declining. TV industry into a product life cycles shorten, increasingly lower prices, more competitors in the globalization situation. The management of the supply chain is the most basic one of the most important activities in the color TV enterprises. Changes in the environment of the industry supply chain management is increasingly important. The TV manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more purchasing, production and distribution decisions, must be weighed carefully with the raw materials, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and related costs to find the ideal supply chain strategy. Successful supply chain management strategy has become an important means of color TV enterprises to gain and maintain a competitive advantage. In this paper, China's color TV manufacturers - Xoceco is the main object of study introduces the development status quo of China's color TV industry, a company in which the external environment as well as the company's own resources and conditions, combined with the supply chain management theory and strategic management of the the Xoceco company's supply chain strategy. The paper is divided into six parts, the main points are as follows: The first chapter of the research background and significance, the main problem of the study as well as the analytical framework. Chapter II, analysis of the stage of development of the TV industry, the market situation of supply and demand, the TV industry is facing problems. Chapter, Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic Company the PEST analysis POTER mode analysis, details of the Xoceco which external environment and the importance of seeking the ideal supply chain strategy. Chapter of the Xoceco internal resource analysis and Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic Company SWOT analysis, analysis Xoceco company's internal environment. Chapter 5, according to the the Xoceco company's overall development strategy as well as the results of the above analysis, the the Xoceco company's supply chain strategy. Chapter VI, from Xoceco suppliers management, with the upstream core parts suppliers Union, supply and production methods of reform, outsourcing, assembly plant point layout, distribution center building to Xiamen Overseas Chinese companies specifically addressed the implementation of supply chain strategy countermeasures.
