Abstract


The State Administration of Taxation has put forward the idea of \Qingdao Municipal Local Taxation Bureau to actively implement the integrated management ideas of the General Administration of real estate taxes and concentrate on the development of the Qingdao Municipal Local Taxation Bureau real estate industry tax administration system \This paper as the background to the real estate management system , the early demonstration of the system construction , project identification , construction , research and analysis , and finally , in the further construction of the proposed real estate management system based on this . Firstly, to identify the needs of the construction project of the real estate management system , to determine the needs of the different needs of the system , and then a brief analysis of the feasibility of the of Qingdao local tax real estate tax system construction . Then the goal of building real estate management system , analyze the content of the basic features and functions of the system and the system construction is determined on the basis of the needs identified . Project management of the construction phase of the project , after the introduction of the study , which has conducted in-depth research progress control .
