Abstract


In recent years, Xinjiang's economy has experienced a rapid growth phase, but in Xinjiang \society \Therefore, economic growth and environmental degradation caused by the growing relationship between the people's concerns. This thesis Xinjiang 's economic growth and environmental quality as well as the correlation between changes in the coordinated development of both the extent of the following two aspects discussed in this core issue . The first aspect is the quality of economic growth and environmental issues between the degree of influence ; second aspect is the use of GM (1,1) model to predict the next few years , Xinjiang 's economic growth and environmental pollution trends as well as the degree of coupling between the two . This paper argues that : Xinjiang is in economic and environmental systems coordination correlation middle of the stage. After Gray analysis, forecast 2009 -2013 the degree of coordination of economic and environmental systems , which , in 2009 the development of economic and environmental systems will appear slightly incongruous phenomenon, which may be due to too much emphasis on economic growth , while ignoring the environmental cause . After 2009 , the development of economic and environmental system coordination degree will rise . Finally, on the basis of scientific analysis , put forward to promote the harmonious development of the system of regional economic environment policy recommendations .
