Abstract


Objective: ( 1 ) research TGFBI , KLK7 and BNIP3 genes in the OVC , next - cancer tissue and normal tissue mRNA expression characteristics of the to verify early gene chip results ; ( 2 ) the use of immunohistochemical detection methods TGFBI protein in oral warts like cancer, oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal tissue expression levels to explore its possible mechanism of action oral cancer, oral squamous cell carcinoma , and provide the basis for clinical treatment . Methods : ( 1 ) 4 cases of oral verrucous carcinoma , cancer tissue and normal tissue mRNA was extracted using the RealTime PCR studies TGFBI KLK7 and BNIP3 genes in the three groups of tissue mRNA expression level of to verify early gene chip results ; (2) using immunohistochemical methods to detect and statistical analysis of 18 patients with oral verrucous carcinoma , 26 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and 14 cases of normal oral mucosal tissue TGFBI protein expression . Results : (1) RT-PCR test results showed that : TGFBI, KLK7 mRNA expression was significantly higher than the adjacent tissues and normal tissues ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; of BNIP3 mRNA expression levels in oral warts in OVC organization only higher than cancer like cancer adjacent tissues (p lt; 0.05), no significant difference ( p gt; 0.05 ) and normal tissue . (2) The results of immunohistochemistry : TGFBI protein no significant expression of Oral cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma Oral cancer , oral squamous cell protein expression levels higher than the normal group (p lt; 0.05); difference (p gt; 0.05); OVC in three types : the exogenously type , cysts , infiltrating between no statistically significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05) . Conclusions : ( 1 ) TGFBI KLK7 mRNA expression levels in oral cancer was significantly higher than normal tissue , no significant difference of BNIP3 mRNA expression levels in oral cancer and normal tissue , consistent with the results of the pre- chip , prompted TGFBI and KLK7 may play an important role in the development of process , and provide the basis for further research . (2) TGFBI protein expression was significantly higher than the normal mucosal tissue , and to verify the level of transcription and translation level of consistency in the OVC Oral cancer tissue , oral squamous cell carcinoma .
