Abstract


Foam finishing is influenced by the Middle East oil crisis in the 1970s in Europe and the United States quickly developed a low to medium, less pollution, high energy-efficient dyeing and finishing technology. It is the gas into the working liquid containing a surface active agent, mixing shear through the foam generator generating a plurality of uniform and microscopic bubbles of the bulky foam, then the form of foam is applied to the fabric, so that the fabric with liquid from the traditional 60% to 80% down to 15% to 30%, thereby saving drying energy consumption by more than 50%. In the 1980s, China has set off a wave of foam finishing research climax, its technological achievements have been many domestic printing and dyeing enterprise applications, processing hundred million meters of various fabrics to the domestic and foreign markets, the quality of its products by the quality and passed the test after launch . However, due to equipment condition and technical level restrictions, this technology could not be continued development and further promote the application. In recent years, with the energy crisis and environmental problems exacerbated greatly enhance people's awareness of environmental protection, printing and dyeing enterprises in the areas of production cost, energy consumption and wastewater discharge pressure doubled, in the \consumption, emission reduction policy driven, foam finishing renewed people's attention and favor. It is reported that some domestic and foreign research institutes and enterprises are actively studying the new foam finishing technology and equipment, and has made gratifying achievements. Foam dope composition and foam performance is an important part of the foam finishing technology. According to the new situation under the requirements of the eco-system of of foam finishing foam dope composition and foam properties.
