Abstract


Bladder cancer of morbidity and mortality in both the first of Urologic Oncology , bladder cancer , about 90 % of transitional cell carcinoma . Bladder transitional cell carcinoma and heterogeneity , the same level over the same period the biological behavior of the tumor may be very different from the present study show that the abnormal expression of E- cadherin and β-Catenin bladder transitional cell carcinoma pathological grade , clinical period , the recurrence rate . In this study, using immunohistochemical SP method detected E-Cadherin and β -Catenin abnormal expression of bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the pathological grade , clinical stage, recurrence rates . The results show that : with increasing bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the degree of differentiation , E-cad and β-cat abnormal expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma , according to the increasing difference between levels are extremely significant . E-cad and β-cat expression in superficial and invasive bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the results shows that the phase difference of the two groups showed statistically significant . Show that reduction or loss of function of E-cad and β-cat is a malignancy of important factors , showed the abnormal expression of E-cad and β-cat of the tumor cells . The 3-year recurrence rate of the normal E-cad and β-cat expression group of 3 - year recurrence rate and abnormal expression of group comparison , there are significant differences . The results show that : the abnormal expression of E- cadherin and β-cat as bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the pathological grade , clinical stage, recurrence rate monitoring indicators .
