Abstract


The thesis, adopting mainly Marxist position and viewpoint, carries on the traditionalculture critically, starting with the realistic requirements of integrating the ruling party’sculture construction with the traditional culture, discussing the realistic value of traditionalculture and its contemporary value for the ruling party’s culture construction, supplyingthe ruling Party’s construction with useful supplement and reference. Traditional culturehas played an important role on the formation of our Chinese nation and our nation’s stabledevelopment, including many reasonable factors among them. Therefore we should deeplyresearch into it, guided by Marxist historical materialism, "rejecting its feudalist dross, andassimilating its democracy essence", and absorb the useful for today. In traditional culturethe principles of cultivating oneself, moral ideals, sense of people standard, thought ofexaltation of the virtuous, strategies of running a country, ways of making use of a person,wisdom of management, etc. could completely be reused for today after alteration. It is ofso great realistic importance that the ruling party in the new conditions should absorb itsuseful political nutrition to strengthen and improve the ruling party’s construction.The article is divided into five parts, Namely, Introduction and four chapters of the text.The first chapter is about China’s traditional political culture is the premise of the rulingparty’s culture and the reality of the soil. The second chapter stresses that the traditionalpolitical culture include of some reasonable factors. Chapter Third chapter: severalnegative factors of the traditional political culture. Chapter four: How to correctlyunderstand the traditional political culture, Carry forward critically the traditionalculture,used by parties and it’s cultural construction.
