Secondary vocational students realize smoothly employment is not only related to external conditions safeguard, the more with the correct closely related employment concept, help the students form the right career view, is the key to studying the smooth employment and factors. Professional values are the values, is an important part of the direct embodiment of the values. In the current social transition, cultural diversity and multiple values due to a variety of social ideological trend of the surges, ideas of knowledge level, collision of low, age small, cognitive and judgement comparatively weak secondary vocational students group produces a profound impact, make its professional values appeared different degree of deviation and the contradiction. In this context, the urgent need for secondary vocational students the professional values education present situation, the reasons and countermeasures to re-examine and thinking.This article through the survey of student career values and secondary vocational school of career guidance, analyzes the present situation and features of the professional values of vocational guidance to know the current problems of vocational students, corrected for students and offers the right career guidance for secondary school, values for developing the vocational guidance work better provide reference and basisResults:(1) grade in popularity status values on the grade one significant difference, more attention than the third grade reputation status factors; (2) secondary students’ professional values three factors in sex, whether they are the only child, the students’ the ground are not significantly; (3) secondary students in employment, more attention to health care and development factors, while to fame not too attention; position factor; (4) secondary school vocational guidance system has not yet been established, there are not clear or poor ideas, ways single content, cannot satisfy the needs of their students.Finally, the paper secondary students study of the professional values, combined with secondary school career guidance in the investigation of state, and put forward from the following aspects:(1) the Suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening values education; (2) strengthening the vocational guidance execution; (3) the attention the vocational guidance teachers team construction; (4) development suitable for students of the vocational guidance materials; (5) expand the vocational guidance approach; (6) the attention of career guidance actual effect.
