Abstract


In plain river network region of urban water environment protection planning requirements, based on the analysis of drainage hydrological characteristics and water environmental present situation of the research region, on the basis of the research is applicable to the region water environment capacity calculation method and water quality improvement plan, for the establishment of water environment protection planning and implementation to provide technical security. Changshu for example in this paper, typical in plain river network area, near the Yangtze river, the region has a good water conditions. In the prototype test, on the basis of establishing the changshu area river unsteady water quality mathematical model, and according to the synchronization of the measured data of the model parameters for the rate; Using the established mathematical model of water quality, to improve the effect of water to improve water environment of two kinds of schemes are studied, and the sewage through measures to improve the method of urban water environment also has carried on the quantitative analysis; Changshu city water environmental capacity and water diversion is studied to improve the water environment capacity, for rational optimization of plain river network region water diversion scheme and measure of sewage provide certain scientific basis.
