Abstract


Exercise-induced gastrointestinal syndrome frequently occurs in athletes, especially endurance athletes sport one of the diseases, seriously hamper the normal athlete sports training and competition. Moreover, with the improvement of the intensity of competitive sports, especially marathon, ultra-marathon, triathlon and endurance sports such as the number of participants increases, athlete training and competition occurs when the gastrointestinal symptoms more seriously understanding gradually deepened. The causes and mechanisms of exercise-induced gastrointestinal syndrome scholars from different angles. However, in many studies, scholars have ignored the colonization in the gastrointestinal tract of the human microbial flora has a very important significance, namely the Gastrointestinal Microbiota. Colonization of the huge number of microorganisms in the human gastrointestinal tract have important physiological significance for human health, as well as a variety of normal life activities. Because they contain a wide range of enzyme systems involved in a host of energy, material and genetic information running a series of physiological processes. Therefore, the use of the methods and techniques of molecular biology to try to study gut flora distribution characteristics of Shanxi Province, seven middle distance runner, to further explore the physiological mechanism of the exercise-induced gastrointestinal syndrome. The experimental section of this article is on the basis of the preliminary work of the laboratory analysis of flora genomic fragment gut on behalf of the athletes, the highest hybridization signal frequency the 1.2kb about DNA bands. We first nine randomly selected recombinant plasmid DNA miniprep; then were selected Csp6 of Ⅰ with Ban II, Nci I, Hae II four enzymes were digested recombinant plasmid, which gene fragment was initially divided into three types; then from each of these three types sent a representative plasmid sequencing; final sequencing results bioinformatics analysis. Total flora may be a new type has not been reported to provide a new clue to study the relationship between exercise intensity and bowel function. Also found significantly increased the number of E. coli in the middle and long distance athletes we studied the intestinal flora. Pathogen E. coli as a major condition in the increase in the number of athletes gut is likely to damage the the quantitative structure between the intestinal flora, there is the potential danger of allowing athletes intestinal stability and its physiological function and vulnerable to external harmful factors. The results of this study also suggest that we, the athletes normal intestinal flora has Microecology particularity, taking into account the micro-ecology the particularity of complex ecological athletes intestinal flora in the specific environment and under stress conditions system in the future work investigating athletes intestinal flora of normal basis for further study of the intestinal flora dysbiosis, has a large research and application value.
