Abstract


Opera is one of the most important composing areas of W.A.Mozart. And he had composed more than twenty operas in all his life, which covered all kinds of genre. His music not only inherited the composing technique of the early classical predecessors, such as Franz Joseph Haydn, but also leading people to a new age of the nineteenth century’s romantic music. He had built a wonderful bridge between the classical music and the romantic music. His opera was famous for his unique music vocabulary, particular esthetic sentiment, as well as his love for opera genre.The two acts opera Cost Fan Tutte, which is regarded as one of the most excellent comedies today, is one of Mozart’s the most perfect operas. Taking this opera as the subject, this article analyzes three women’s characters, so as to understand the composer’s composing character, music representing skills, and so on.The article is composed of four parts:Part one, introducing briefly Mozart’s living and his opera composing; Part two, illustrating the opera Cost Fan Tulle’s composing background; Part three and four, which are the core parts of the article, analyzing deeply the aria music of Dorabella、Despina、Fiordiligi, as well as the opera’s singing essence.
