Abstract


With the overwhelming tide of globalization today, the development of regional economic integration has become an inevitable choice. The European Union, the North American Free Trade Zone continuously expand scope, The process of the new regional integration of ASEAN Latin America Free Trade Area and such kinds has been accelerating. Within countries, the development of regional economic growth with the centers of metropolis belt, urban agglomeration is also rapid. Each country tries to strengthen the status and role of regional groups and regional organization members in the world economy by promoting regionalism, in order to obtain more global interests. In China, the transfer of the international capital and industry is accelerating, which has brought about new driving forces and higher requirements. Regional economy needs to participate in the international economic and technological cooperation and competition in greater scope, wider area and higher level. Strengthening the regional unification of economic development has been proved by the reality to be the effective approach to promote the rapid growth of the world economy. In the trend of international economic integration strengthened day by day, and the upgrading pressure of domestic economic transformation, increasing Pan-Yangtze river delta investment and cooperation has become the important way to advance the sound and rapid social and economic development. Since the CPC’s 11th-third Conference, with the tide of open-up policy, the opening-up pattern has come into being from dots to lines and sides in China and on this basis, the different economic development tendency in different areas has also showed up. The Pan-Yangtze river delta economic theory is the theory in compliance with the world economic development trend and on the basis of China’s unique situation.Normally, Yangtze River Delta contains Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai two provinces and one city. Pan-Yangtze River Delta as a theoretical term, one is 3+1 mode, that is to include Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui in the Pan Yangtze River Economic Region, with the representative of Shanghai; the other is 3+2 mode, which also includes Anhui and Jiangxi in the Yangtze middle and down area on the basis of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang. The thesis is based on the first mode to carry on the relevant economic growth analysis.This thesis mainly uses quantitative analysis, literature review and the comparative method. By analyzing the relevant situation in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai area and comparing it with the current one in Anhui, the thesis does the relevant analysis of investment and economic growth, Through the study on the solutions of the change of economic growth in the four provinces and cities, the thesis explores how to further improve economic growth mechanism. Also, the thesis tries to put forward the solutions and measures to promote the economic growth for Anhui Province of which economic development is relatively slow in the pan Yangtze river delta region.
