Abstract


Human capital in economic growth in the developed countries continued to play an important role in many of the facts have been proved . Rural , rich labor resources , but the accumulation of human capital investment is long-term is not fundamentally improve how inefficient labor resources into efficient human capital , and to become China's future economic important driver of growth , will be a useful subject . In this paper, the investment in human capital as the starting point , the human capital theory to investment research and analysis of human capital in rural areas , through the theoretical analysis of the empirical analysis , specific argumentation rural human capital investment and rural economic growth and education of rural economic growth role , representing a systematic study of the status quo of China 's rural human capital investment , the problems and the causes of , and learn from foreign experience , to seek the way out to solve the problems of rural human capital investment from two angles of the education system in rural areas and rural human investment system .
