Abstract


It has been seven years, since the strategy of China’s Peaceful Rise been proposed. So far, it has been being a relative mature theory of International Relations. This paper studied the supporting factors of the "Peaceful Rise" theory, and combined the connections between China’s diplomacy and the domestic politics, and then investigated both the policy of normality information disclosure and the policy of emergency information disclosure, and come in to find that the information policy has exerted great influence on national image and international public opinions. Therefore, this paper holds that the information disclosure of Chinese government should be one of the supporting factors of its strategy of Peaceful Rise. After that, this paper demonstrates that improvements of the information disclosure’s system have positive impact on the Strategy of "Peaceful Rise". Hopefully, this research may promote the study of the "Peacefully Rise" theory’s perfection and development.
