Abstract


As people 's living standards improve , people need from a simple physiological requirement of having lived to a higher level of psychological and cultural progress. In the environment established by the disintegration of the old housing allocation system and commercialization of systems , residential area clubs this Community Facilities and more attention by people , it is the substance and life in one of the architectural forms , is the substance and spirit of the residential area the dual carrier settlements of people's lives need to reflect the various functions of the clubs with the commercialization of economic development order of the present diversified development trend . How to make the residential area clubs to adapt to the needs of people 's lives , to adapt to the rules of market economy is a subject worthy of serious study . In this paper, the domestic clubs extensive investigation and analysis , is divided into five chapters discuss the main problems of the residential area clubs . The first chapter is the definition of the concept and development profile of the residential area clubs ; Chapter II focuses on club location Select and clubs with the impact of location factors ; Chapter III analyzes the various functions of the residential area clubs ; Chapter club design principles and Landscape Design ; fifth elaborate settlements club design , business and the reasons put forward improved method and look to the future .
