Abstract

Soil cement mixing method is a method commonly used in Soft Ground Treatment. However, in some of the country's coastal engineering applications, the the conventional proportioning and process cemented soil stirring disposal soft soil with high salt content results are unsatisfactory. Some laboratory test results are also significantly lower in the same cement content, the compressive strength of cement soil made of high salt content in soft soil. The mechanism of this phenomenon is not yet clear. The Institute is a Marine Soft Soil in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. Due to the intrusion of sea water, a high content of soluble salts in the soft soil of the region. Contrast of Mg 2 Cl - and SO the 4 / sub> the 2 - three ion concentration was significantly higher than in Shanghai the soft soil of the region. The field test results show that the conventional ratio in soil cement mixing pile slow growth of body strength, improve cement content, the effect is still not ideal. By inference, is likely to be high concentrations of soluble salts inhibited the soil cement hydration and hard coagulation process, resulting in lower intensity. In order to eliminate interference factors, the study \soluble salts. Also produced three sets of slag cement soil test block to compare. Test block in the standard curing to 7, 28 and 60 days to remove the unconfined compression test, the test of the X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive analysis. Wherein the scanning electron microscopic test using two different imaging means - secondary electron imaging and backscattered electron imaging. In order to enhance the credibility, the microscopic test results were analyzed using quantitative and semi-quantitative method. The study found: the high concentration of soluble salts indeed have relatively significant negative impact on the strength of the cement-soil. And the degree of influence of the three ions and time vary. Mg 2 affect the strength of the cement soil in late; Cl - of three age strength of cement soil were significantly affected; the SO 4 2 - , the long-term strength of the cement-soil. At the same time, the tests showed that the slag cement made of cement soil soluble salt is relatively much smaller. Finally, with the microscopic test, the author of three ions mechanism of slag cement resistance the soluble salts mechanism analysis, and micro-structure research of soil cement, and cement soil mixing method in the high salt content of soft foundation treatment some suggestions.
